We now request a contact telephone number- to be used only if we have a question about your order.  Your telephone number will not be handed out or used for any other reason. Why do we do this? At times  an item is "out of stock" or  there is a question on your shipping address.  Also, with shipping over the Canada/USA border a phone number is requested to be put on the UPS or Fed Ex shipping label.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Shipping Fees - Foil pan orders have the shipping price built in where noted.   We recommend calling in your order if you are ordering a number of presses and foil pans so that the shipping rate may be adjusted accordingly.  We do not make money on our shipping rates - our presses and machines are heavy and because we ship mostly to the USA these are the rates that we are charged by Canada Post and UPS.  Where the price allows we will ship with UPS otherwise Canada Post is our carrier.  Call in if you wish to pay extra to have your item shipped with a quicker service. When paying for your order online you will be asked for your credit card info, address etc. - the shipping fee will not show up until the last page - before you click the "Pay Now" button it will show you your shipping fee for that order.

 International Orders - We accept international orders by phone, fax or email.  Please scroll down for details.

Orders for Canada and the United States: Foil pans are usually shipped out same or next day.  The pie machines and presses are carefully crafted and tested individually - not mass produced.  Delivery times can vary depending on the season.  The Fall season from September to December 15 is the busiest and lead times can vary from 3 weeks to 6 weeks.  Please keep this in mind when ordering. Feel free to call and check Thank you.

** Note: (Parcels going with regular mail through USA Customs can take anywhere from  7-10 business days for delivery.  We have no control over how long items take to go through USA Customs. If you have a deadline, we recommend paying extra and using United Parcel Service)

Foil Tin orders usually take approximately 7-10 days for delivery, unless special arrangements have been made by phone. 204-669-4320 .

 Pie Machines and custom made products/presses - please allow 3 - 6 weeks for delivery. Please note:  Current lead time as of October 12, 2009 is 5 weeks.

If you so choose, you may use UPS for shipping.  Their shipping time is approximately 5 business days and will cost approximately $12.00 extra.  You will need to place your order by phone, to have the additional shipping fee put on  your credit card.

Shipping fees for Continental USA and Canada range from 13.75 to 18.00 for orders up to 38.00. Large orders may/will cost more.  Large orders of tins will also cost more. If you only wish to order a couple of packages of tins, place your order by phone and we may be able to reduce your shipping fee depending on the parcel weight.  If you order the Pie Machine for full sized 9" or 10" pie shells shipping is approx. $75.-85. with UPS.  If you wish to have your order shipped with a carrier other than Canada Post please contact us.  Please note that on large orders, USA Customs will charge a broker fee/duty fee of approximately $20.00. -$35.00 depending on the cost of the shipment. Items under 200.00 are not charged any fees going through USA Customs.

International Orders:  We will ship most any where.  All orders accepted online are for Canada and continental USA only.

International orders must email or call us for shipping details.   Email or call for details. 

Returned items must be accompanied with a return authorization number and be received by us in unused and perfect saleable condition within 14 days of initial delivery to you. Please Contact Us for a return authorization number. Unless your product is defective or damaged, shipping charges for the returned item are not refundable.

Foil pans are not refundable.  Please make sure you order the correct pans.  In some cases our supplier allows returns, please contact us for information on how to do a return directly with them.

If you received damaged items or defective products please notify us immediately.

If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to obtain a return authorization number. We will accept returns only on new, unused and untested merchandise within 14 days of delivery. No refunds will be given for products that cannot be sold as new.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Custom made parts/products/machines (e.g. dies on the Pie Machines or tart presses) are not refundable. 
If products are returned with missing packaging and or parts, a credit will be issued (less shipping charges) less 15% restocking fee upon receipt of returned merchandise. Returns sent COD will be refused.

Birds Hill Enterprises cannot be held responsible for returned products that have failed to be delivered or have been damaged during return shipping. Please make sure all returns are packed securely and insured. Returns from United States should indicate the contents as "Returned Items" on the Customs Documentation.
