Caroline, I purchased a pie machine from you last year for use in my fried pie cart. I just wanted to give you a heads up that your machine was featured on an episode of the Food Network show Unwrapped this week and I have begun to get a flood of calls asking where people can get one. Wow! Do we ever love our pie press. My husband and I
went from making 30 - 10" fruit pies a day to 60 pies a day after we started
using your press. The craftsmanship and engineering that has gone into your pie
press is exceptional. Your machine has made our pie making experience a pleasure
and saved us from carpal tunnel surgery I'm sure.
