Graham Wafer Crumb Crust for Tart
Press & Pie Machine |

| Ingredients: |
| 1/2 cup butter,
melted |
| 1 tbsp. sugar,
optional |
| 1 egg beaten |
| 2 Tbsp. flour |
unbaked & baked tart shell |
| 2 cups graham wafer crumbs ( should be a
mixture of course & fine crumbs |

| Mix melted butter, sugar (if using)
graham crumbs and egg together. |
| Mix well. Stir in 2 tablespoons
flour. Mixture should be like cookie dough, |
| not too wet. Add additional tablespoon
or 2 or flour if required. |
| Shape into tart or pie pans using the Birds Hill Tart Press or Pie
Machine. |
| May be pre-baked or fill with your
favourite filling and bake. |

Bake at 350 until light brown.
