Puffed Millet Bars - gluten free |

| Ingredients: |
| 1 cup sugar |
| 1 cup corn syrup |
|
| 1/2 cup peanut butter (gluten free) |
|
| 1/2 cup butter or margarine |
|
| 6 heaping cups puffed millet |
|
| Method: |
|
| Bring sugar and syrup to a boil; remove
from heat. Blend in peanut butter |
|
| and margarine. Add a generous 6
cups puffed millet, mix well. |
|
| Press into a greased 13" x 9" pan.
Chill. Cut into bars. |
