  Puffed Millet Bars - gluten free Return recipe index
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 cup corn syrup  
1/2 cup peanut butter (gluten free)  
1/2 cup butter or margarine  
6 heaping cups puffed millet  
Method:  
Bring sugar and syrup to a boil; remove from heat.  Blend in peanut butter  
and margarine.  Add a generous 6 cups puffed millet, mix well.  
Press into a greased 13" x 9" pan.  Chill.  Cut into bars.
