  Taco Seasoning Mix - Gluten Free Return recipe index  
seasoning for 1 pound ground beef  

 

 

 
1 Tablespoon   potato starch
1 teaspoon       chili powder
1 teaspoon       paprika
3/4 teaspoon    salt
3/4 teaspoon    onion powder
1/2 teaspoon    cumin
1/4 teaspoon    cayenne
1/4 teaspoon     garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon     sugar
1/8 teaspoon      pepper
Brown 1 lb. ground beef in hot skillet: drain off fat.  Stir in 1 cup water plus
the above spices.  Bring to a boil; simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes.
Stirring occasionally.  
* I make up about 2 cups of  Taco Seasoning and store in a jar*
